A booking is confirmed only after we receive the advance payment and send written confirmation. Prices shown on the website are indicative “starting from” prices per person on twin sharing and are subject to availability, travel dates and currency fluctuation.
Payments
Advance and balance payment schedules will be shared with your quote. GST and TCS apply as per Government of India rules.
Travel documents
Travellers are responsible for valid passports, visas and health requirements. Visa approval is at the discretion of the embassy; we are not liable for refusals or delays.
Changes
Itineraries may change due to weather, flight schedules, local conditions or force majeure. We will offer the closest possible alternative.
Liability
We act as an agent for airlines, hotels and other suppliers and are not liable for their acts or omissions.
Jurisdiction
Disputes are subject to the courts of Thane / Bhiwandi, Maharashtra.
